Woman accused of neglect got $50K+ from DCFS
The Park Forest woman charged with leaving her 6-year-old son and disabled niece alone in her home - with the 8-year-old girl chained to a bed and lying in her waste - received more than $50,000 from the state to care for the girl since becoming her guardian in 2003.
